Andrew has gained extensive finance and accounting recruitment experience in both Australia and Japan. He has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Asian Studies from the Australian National University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He started Empower Careers because he is passionate about redressing the imbalance between employers and employees in the recruitment process.
