Fees

Our goal is to extract some of the fee that recruiters receive from employers, and use it to deliver a better customer experience to you as the job seeker. The recruitment firm which successfully places you with the employer they represent will take a fee from that employer. We charge that recruiter a percentage of that fee. We charge all recruiters the same fee so that we are completely unbiased in our advice to you.

Our career counselling session is completely free.

If you choose to move onto the second step of our process where we source job opportunities for you, then we charge a refundable fee of $150. If you find a job through us, that fee is 100% refundable (the recruitment firms pay us a fee). The fee is also refundable if we cannot find you a role that meets your requirements. The only time the fee is not refunded is if you pull out of the process part-way through, that way we cover a small part of our costs.
