Empower careers provides an excellent way to find outstanding candidates for your top jobs. We only deal with high-calibre, passive candidates, proactively sourced by our team. We do not accept general applications.

As a result we tap into a source of talent which it is difficult for recruitment firms to access.

All candidates are prequalified, and you will initially be provided with a detailed anonymous candidate summary containing all the information you require for accurate matching.

In return we ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the position you wish to recruit for, including company information, why the job is open, and the track-record of the company and the line-manager.

We will then allow the candidate to select the jobs they wish to apply for and facilitate a meeting between your firm and the candidate as necessary. We will also facilitate the interview process and represent the candidate in salary negotiations as necessary.

In return for this service we charge a small percentage of the candidate’s first year salary on a success basis. This fee varies depending on which market you are in, but is the same for all recruitment firms in the same market. Please contact Empower for more information.
